Volunteer

We need you! All parents are automatically members of the PTA but to be successful we need people to be active participants and shape our direction. By coming to meetings and giving your input you'll be helping to inform the PTA's decisions and activities.

The PTA is run by a committee of parent volunteers who do their best to juggle it between family, work and other commitments. We believe 'many hands makes light work' so if you have skills and/or time you would like to share, we would love to hear from you.

Every year the PTA coordinates multiple events and sales. We sell 2nd hand uniform, Christmas trees, Christmas cards, and run bake sales as well as bigger events such as Bops, Auctions and Summer Fairs. If you would like to help run an existing event, or start a new one, we'd love to hear from you.

Any copy-writing, marketing, communications, webdesign, creative or other skills/expertise would be incredibly useful. Please get in touch if you can help.

If  coordinating isn't your thing, there are still lots of  opportunities to get involved. Each year we need volunteers to wrap Christmas presents, sell raffle tickets, help set up events, man a stall - the list goes on. Helping out is a great way to meet other parents while supporting the school.

The 'Football Dads' (open to parents of any gender!) meet twice a week to play 5 aside games in the evenings. While not officially part of the PTA, they run events such as the summer BBQ Bop. Drop us an email if you would like to join them.
